hour advance notice for scheduling but
will accommodate last minute appointments
if possible. Appointments may be scheduled
as far in advance as necessary.
Our rates are based
on the number of miles the client
is in the vehicle. (There is no charge
for unloaded miles). We charge per
mile and also have a pick up charge
for each way. Call for details,

Include address of origination and
destination, date of appointment and
phone number where you can be reached.
Rates begin at each way in cities such as (but not limited to)
We will bill some workers
compensation and auto insurance cases
directly, if the injury is a result
of either situation. In these cases
we can schedule directly through the
client or the case manager. For private
pay persons, we accept cash and check
and will provide you with a receipt
so you can keep track of medical transportation
expenses.
Clients will be reminded of their
scheduled pick up 24 hours in advance. |
